Instruction/Care

Never use a washer or a dryer to clean/dry your pack. Be sure to empty all pockets, shake out dirt and debris. Soak your Hazard 4® bag in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 10-15 minutes and swish it vigorously. Use clean sponge, cloth to clean dirty spots. Use a clean small and soft brush such as a toothbrush to scrub clogged zipper teeth or pocket corners - be very gentle so you don't damage any coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue. Dry all metal parts completely as quickly as possible. Use a lubricant made for zippers to improve zipper slide. Invert your pack inside out and hang it to dry in shade. DO NOT place it in direct sunlight as UV light can degrade and discolor the fabric.

Excellent

I bought the Freelance in Spain and I am delighted. I work as a photographer and photooreporter, it fits my needs on the field quite well and the bag is robust and tough. I started using it for my daily duties and need too and it works amazingly well. As a photographer what I miss is a bag for the speedlight, maybe the side-bag should be redesigned to fit one. I can give you ideas and specs if you want. Also I really don't see the need for the belt at the bottom, but it's ok, maybe someone else finds it useful. Excellent bag, I love it.

Hazard 4 reinvents the camera bag!

This versatile cordura bag is tougher than my momâ€s pot roast! The big comfy chest strap fits snugly and wonâ€t rub against your neck like so many other bags! I mounted a ‘Flip†or pouch on the strap and now I can get to my gear quickly. Its crossover strap keeps the bag from sliding around and marries the pack to your body keeping it in place. The built-in hard shell pouch is perfect for storing memory cards, extra batteries or those tiny pieces of gear youâ€re always afraid of losing. The main compartment has enough room to fit my conventional or mirrorless DSLR system with a couple of lenses and neck straps. Snap some pouches on the back or sides of the Freelance for your additional equipment and youâ€re ready for your photography adventure! Hazard 4ever!

Pleasantly Surprised

I flip flopped for weeks over buying this bag but finally gave in. At first I'll admit, I thought I'd messed up. I wanted to purpose this as a day bag/EDC and at first glance I thought I had made a poor choice due to the fact that the Freelance is intended as a photo bag...how wrong I was! The sling is VERY comfortable! The padded, removable dividers make it easy to customize and I love being able to rotate the bag from my back to my front quickly! I live in Galveston, Texas and it's an odd combination of environments. The island has urban, rural, suburban and beach regions all in a subtropical climate. This bag is ideal for moving around in this situation! I've bought many Hazard 4 products and once again I am thoroughly impressed!

Great Bag

This bag is the perfect size for my Nikon D3300 and my GoPro Hero 5. It has more than enough compartments and pouches. It is very comfortable even when filled with equipment and gear. The footprint of the bag on your back is also not very too big. The back zippered compartment area is the right size to fit my IPad Air 2 9 inch or my Kindle 10 inch. I added two molle pouches to it, one on the side and one on the strap and they compliment the pack nicely and I can still strap on my Joby large size grolliapod tripod to the side. Overall this is a really great bag.

Best camera sling I've used

This bag is so well constructed and so well thought out, I don't know where to begin. The fit and adjustability of almost every aspect make it extremely comfortable and easy to use - and I was also surprised by how light this thing is, despite the heavy duty construction. All the other camera bags I own now seem flimsy and outdated. I would say it's not massive, however, so while it swallows my full frame Nikon DSLR easily, I wouldn't be able to get a really long telephoto in there. It'll easily take a 24-70, though - I've yet to try it with a 200. To sign off, I'll say this is my first Hazard 4 product, but it sure as heck won't be my last. Damned impressive stuff.
