How do rewards points work?
Invite friends and get 500 points when they register on Hazard4.com! New registrations get 1000 points! Also earn 1 point for every $1 spent (registered customers only - must be logged in to earn and access points). 1 point = $0.01. Must have a minimum of 500 points to redeem. To redeem rewards points, click the "Redeem" button next to whichever reward you qualify for and would like to exchange your rewards points for. You will be issued a unique coupon code to copy and paste towards the bottom of the Shopping Cart section when checking out. If you are having issues redeeming rewards points, just contact us before placing an order - we will be more than happy to assist you. Rewards points expire 1 year after the date they were issued.
Do you ship internationally?
Hazard 4 ships internationally from either our US or overseas warehouses depending on the availability of the items. The shipping method can range from the post office (Express Mail International) or UPS, but we may occasionally use Fedex or DHL depending on the shipping destination. If you are not able to obtain shipping price information or would like to inquire about additional shipping options, please contact us and we can always double-check for you. Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), customs brokerage, and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the product price and any shipping and insurance charges you've paid to Hazard 4. Please contact your local authorities for specific information.
Do you ship to APO/FPO-based addresses?
Absolutely! If you are sending a gift, make sure to include the recipient’s grade, full name and PSC# (Personnel Service Center number), unit # or ship name. Don't forget to replace the city name with APO or FPO, and the state with Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces of Europe (AE) or Armed Forces Pacific (AP). Please also use the special zip code that the recipient can supply. Allow six weeks for APO/FPO address delivery via USPS.
What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via USPS First Class Parcel, Express Mail International, UPS and occasionally Fedex or DHL. For orders within the United States, we ship using the shipping method selected when checking out (except for free shipping - we use the cheapest method depending on items & shipping location). For international orders, we may ship using a different shipping method than chosen, depending on if it is more economic to use for the shipping destination.
How do I estimate shipping time?
Once you place your items in the shopping cart, enter your State and Zip Code, and then hit “Get a Quote” button – you will see the available shipping options and estimated shipping time. Most orders will ship within the next 1-4 business days depending on order volume, and provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or on national holidays. Due to our fulfillment handling time, we are unable to provide expedited or overnight shipping services at this time - since we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
What if my item is on backorder?
Occasionally, there may be discrepancy on our inventory record and the item you ordered is on backorder. You’ll typically receive an email notification about the backorder and the estimated time the item will be back in stock. We will ship out the backorder item as soon as the item is back in stock or you can choose to cancel the item any time prior to shipping. If you have not received any notifications or status updates on an order, you can contact us anytime and we can check on it for you or provide an ETA.
How do pre-orders work?
If you see an item with “Pre Order” status, you can place your order and lock in the price (as Pre-Order items can change prices later on). You will be notified when the item ships. You are welcome to contact us anytime during the pre-order period for status updates. We can also process a refund if you later change your mind about pre-ordering.
Do you offer volume order discounts?
Yes! Orders over $2000 (excluding watches) may be eligible for volume discount pricing. Please contact us for a quotation.
Do you offer military/law enforcement discounts?
Yes! We are honored to offer an American Hero Program discount all year round. Please email us with your mil/LE email addresses or provide us with your service ID copy to receive your 10% off discount. Note: Coupons and all other discounts (including the American Hero Program) cannot be used on sale items. Coupons & discounts also cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. We reserve the right to reject any coupon or limit the number of coupons being used in a transaction.
Do you accept check/money order payments?
Yes! We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only (make it out to Civilian Lab). Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashiers check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
How do I place government purchase orders?
We offer special pricing to governmental purchases. Please email us your requirement for a quotation.
I received an email from Hazard 4® to verify my purchase. What’s going on?
We utilize a fraud scoring system in order to verify customer orders. The billing address on your order must match the billing address listed with your credit card company. If there is a suspicion of fraud, your order may be held for review, or rejected entirely. We reserve the right to decline to ship orders should our fraud system indicate potential fraud.

How do I return a product?

Wait for staff to authorize your return and send you the return instructions BEFORE sending in your return. If you submit an RMA over the weekend or on a holiday, you will have to wait until the next 1-2 business days to receive a reply. You may refer to our full return policy here: Returns & Exchanges
