NOTE: We utilize a fraud scoring system in order to verify customer orders. The billing address on your order must match the billing address listed with your credit card company. If there is a suspicion of fraud, your order may be held for review, or rejected entirely. We reserve the right to decline to ship orders should our fraud system indicate potential fraud.



Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received, Hazard 4 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Seller shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping during our business hours. If your order has already been submitted for processing, we will try our best to recall the order from one of our fulfillment warehouses. You will be charged a $5.00 handling fee if we need to recall your order from the warehouse. Unfortunately we are unable to respond to any cancellation requests during weekends/holidays as our offices are closed. Once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled. For a cancellation request, please call or email us with your info.


Multiple Product Orders & Split Shipments
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. We have multiple warehouses. Due to availability, we reserve the right to automatically split and ship an order from more than one warehouse. If you need all products to arrive before a certain date, we strongly recommend you contact us in advance prior to placing your order to check, as we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Taxes
Our store shall automatically charge and withhold CA sales tax for orders placed within California. If the shipping address entered is outside of California, our store will not charge sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes (if applicable). Sales Policy
Sales are not here for you to take advantage of pricing during the date and time of your choosing. They are here and only applicable during their intended timeframe due to various reasons such as surplus of stock of that particular item, or discountenance of the item. No exceptions will be made.


Coupon & Discount Policy
For eligible coupons on hazard4.com, you must enter in your coupon code at the time of purchase. Coupon code cannot be used on a previous purchase. We cannot give refunds or store credit for any coupons not presented at time of purchase. We cannot refund the value of a coupon if a purchased item is later returned back to Hazard 4®. If you forgot to enter in your coupon code, contact us right away to cancel your order. Then you can re-order with your coupon code. Coupons cannot be exchanged and will not be accepted after expiration date (if applicable). Coupons and all other discounts (including the American Hero Program) cannot be used on sale items. Coupons & discounts also cannot be stacked or combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. We reserve the right to reject any coupon or limit the number of coupons being used in a transaction.


Rewards Points
Invite friends and get 500 points when they register on Hazard4.com! New registrations get 1000 points! Also earn 1 point for every $1 spent (registered customers only - must be logged in to earn and access points). 1 point = $0.01. Must have a minimum of 500 points to redeem. To redeem rewards points, click the "Redeem" button next to whichever reward you qualify for and would like to exchange your rewards points for. You will be issued a unique coupon code to copy and paste towards the bottom of the Shopping Cart section when checking out. If you are having issues redeeming rewards points, just contact us before placing an order - we will be more than happy to assist you. Rewards points expire 1 year after the date they were issued. Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within the next 1-3 business days (depending on order volume), provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or on national holidays.

We ship by the shipping method of your choice (selections available at check-out). You may also add "Signature Confirmation" service on the Shopping Cart page to your package to ensure that when it arrives, it'll be signed for. If you choose not to have "Signature Confirmation" service added to your order, you understand that Hazard 4 is not responsible for any lost package once the tracking info indicates the package has been delivered. **We do not refund shipping fees.**

Orders with standard “Ground" shipping selected are usually delivered up to 5 business days from shipment date depending on location.

All efforts are made to deliver your order in the time requested. Should there be any problems in receiving your order, let us know. We will be glad to check on it.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused due to weather, mechanical error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors. Hazard 4 is not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses, delivery delays or undeliverable packages. If a package gets returned back to us due to "undeliverable" (for any reason), we will (at our discretion) re-ship or refund the full order minus shipping fees. **Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.**


Shipping Error
In the event that the customer receives items that they did not order, they must notify Hazard 4 within 7 days of delivery (by email or through our Contact Us form). Any errors not reported within this time frame may not be corrected. The customer must wait for the Hazard 4 customer care team to send instructions and a pre-paid shipping label. A customer who returns items in this situation at their own costs, without prior authorization, cannot claim the costs he/she made at the Hazard 4 website (nor hold Hazard 4 responsible for the shipment that took place without prior consent).

All returned items must be in original, un-used/un-worn condition with packaging and product tags still intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, Hazard 4 will ship the correct items. Returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the items received. Hazard 4 retains the right to determine whether the items will be replaced.


Lost & Stolen Packages/Contents
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/contents. The respective delivery services (such as post office, UPS, Fedex, etc.) must be contacted for further resolution. If your order has been lost or stolen while in transit to you, please conduct a search with the respective delivery service used for your shipment, to retrieve your goods or to file a claim for refund.


Free Shipping Exclusion
Free Standard Shipping applies to mailable products sold by Hazard 4 on qualifying orders. Items will be shipped via lowest cost or ground shipping method. Lowest cost and ground shipping methods only apply to orders shipped to the US. Order total must be $185+ after any discounts. If your use of a coupon code for example, brings your new total to below $185, your order won't be eligible for free U.S. ground shipping. California sales tax (if applicable), does not count towards the $185+ total required for free U.S. ground shipping.

International Shipping
Hazard 4 can ship internationally via UPS/Fedex/EMS/GDA Express depending on the shipping location and whichever warehouse has the items available. International orders can be shipped from either our US or international warehouses. If you are not able to obtain shipping price information, please contact us for shipping rates. Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), customs brokerage, and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the product price and any shipping and insurance charges you've paid to Hazard 4. Please contact your local authorities for specific information.
