compartmentalized rolling luggage

This luggage size is likely the biggest that most users can comfortably roll/carry singlehanded. It is very rugged in upper construction and wheels/chasis build. That makes it suited to long trips/deployments into locales with roads/sidewalks, etc. It is just as easy rolling along a bombed out runway as over the cobblestone streets of Europe.

Differences between Original vs MK2. (2020) Shoreleave Luggage:

1. Replace all rubber textile with Cordura® fabrics (more abrasion resistant and last way longer.)

2. Interior liner changed to tricot instead of polyester to allow for the use of hook-fastener dividers.

3. Replace generic locking buckles with Hazard 4® patented Roto-Lock
buckles (already implemented on some of the later batches of the
original design.)

4. Two-sided hand carrying handles replaced with top single handle, so there is no straps hanging in the way or on the floor

5. Bottom feet and plate removed to allow compact storage and reduce shipping volume.

Well made but..

I really like the Hazard4 gear as its well made and rather intuitive in the design. Its a good size for airline travel and I fitted 25kg of belongings in to fill it. They have upgraded the compressing strap buckles to lock now so they don't pop open, plenty of pockets and storage etc. The bag would benefit from a larger zipper size too. It rolls really well on rough ground but will not stand up right by itself when vertical unlike nearly every other rolling bag / case on the market. If you stop in a que, you either need to retract the handle and lay the bag flat or stay still and have it leaning against you which is disappointing to say the least.

Still very well made and should last me a long time I hope.

Nice detail and big

Very nice bag, and very big. A lot of compartment for different staff. I didnâ€t try yet during flight storage to test the resistance during luggage operation, I will update later. The price is very high compared with the other military bag in the market.

Nice try

There are a few demerits to a fine bag. It doesn't stand up. The zippers are too small relegating it to an awkward 2 handed operation. To close the bottom zipper I had to lay the bag on it's side and manipulate it in an unnatural manner. Not smooth. The compression straps would come undone by themselves rendering them useless decorations rather than utile straps. Unless the bag is stuffed it has no shape with the sides difficult to zip. Again, the compression straps do not hold noe compress.
