For bracelet adjustments (link removals) and minor repairs that don’t require the replacement of bracelet parts. Parts may be charged extra if necessary. Customer will be asked to authorize the charge prior to repair.

Allow at least 6-8 weeks for repair. This depends on the level of repair and if any new parts are needed, etc.

*Standard battery life on our watches is about 2 years from the day it is installed (exposure to heat or cold can affect battery life expectancy).
