Never use a washer or a dryer to clean/dry your pack. Be sure to empty all pockets, shake out dirt and debris. Soak your Hazard 4® bag in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 10-15 minutes and swish it vigorously. Use clean sponge, cloth to clean dirty spots. Use a clean small and soft brush such as a toothbrush to scrub clogged zipper teeth or pocket corners - be very gentle so you don't damage any coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue. Dry all metal parts completely as quickly as possible. Use a lubricant made for zippers to improve zipper slide. Invert your pack inside out and hang it to dry in shade. DO NOT place it in direct sunlight as UV light can degrade and discolor the fabric.

Much Better!!!

These were out of stock for a while. The straps are thick and short due to the large shoulder padding. This makes wearing the Covert RG stable. Putting it on is easy as well. It's very comfortable and the extra snap-on straps on the front of the harness is handy for additional attachments. Additionally, you can still wear a backpack, or in my case, a gear slinger, without any restrictions. Traveling light couldn't be any easier.

I purchased this accessory with the covert loader pack system and I highly recommend it. I enjoy the quick access of the pouches without the need of removing my main pack and the position of the pouches is not nearly as annoying as a dropleg.
