Instruction/Care

Never use a washer or a dryer to clean/dry your pack. Be sure to empty all pockets, shake out dirt and debris. Soak your Hazard 4® bag in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 10-15 minutes and swish it vigorously. Use clean sponge, cloth to clean dirty spots. Use a clean small and soft brush such as a toothbrush to scrub clogged zipper teeth or pocket corners - be very gentle so you don't damage any coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue. Dry all metal parts completely as quickly as possible. Use a lubricant made for zippers to improve zipper slide. Invert your pack inside out and hang it to dry in shade. DO NOT place it in direct sunlight as UV light can degrade and discolor the fabric.

Hard Shell

Nice to be able to keep my sunglasses in an easy to access, hard case. One of the three I have purchased did come with a snap that was not secured well to the shell and broke off. I did happen to have some pop rivets that perfectly fit within the hole and was able to repair it very easily.

Great product, does the trick

I love this case for my sunglasses. I did however have the plastic hook portion break off my first case, so I just recently purchased a replacement. I had gotten probably two years of work out of it so that didn't concern me. What would make this absolutely the best would be to have some sort of inside pocket where I could put identifying information. I store my $700 prescription glasses in here. I currently have a piece of paper in it with my contact information in case it's lost. It would be great if there was an interior ID pocket sort of thing.

Great for my sunglasses

I am very happy with the Mil-Pod. It is large enough to hold my Wiley-X sunglasses. The inside of the case is soft and protects the glasses. I like that there are two ways to attach it to stuff; the "hook" works well to attach the case to a belt loop and the strap works for belt or Molle.
