Instruction/Care

Never use a washer or a dryer to clean/dry your pack. Be sure to empty all pockets, shake out dirt and debris. Soak your Hazard 4® bag in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 10-15 minutes and swish it vigorously. Use clean sponge, cloth to clean dirty spots. Use a clean small and soft brush such as a toothbrush to scrub clogged zipper teeth or pocket corners - be very gentle so you don't damage any coating or finish. Rinse thoroughly to remove any detergent residue. Dry all metal parts completely as quickly as possible. Use a lubricant made for zippers to improve zipper slide. Invert your pack inside out and hang it to dry in shade. DO NOT place it in direct sunlight as UV light can degrade and discolor the fabric.

Best pack for the money

I bought my pack when it first came out I think it was about ten years ago. I have used it every work day and also many weekends and vacation it is solid I never had a zipper break or any issues with the pack. I have had up to 80 lbs in it never broke a strap.

Good day pack

Overall I am really pleased with this bag. Its verry tough everywhere it needs to be and you can carry quite a bit of well distributed weight. The computer slider pocket is perfect for a 15" laptop but too small for 17". The only negative comments I would make about this pack is that its missing maybe one and half to two inches in its width. If your carrying a lot of books and/or binders and want to put watter bottles in the outside pockets they wont fit because there is no give in those pockets and all the extra space they need to open will go towards the inside of the bag. Bassically is full with anything hard on the inside, you will not be able to use the side pockets to their full potential. This forces you to buy an accessorie and put on an exterior pocket for example. And since the bag is already expensive its not really appealing to do that. That being said, I still really like the bag and will propably buy grey pack eventually to blend in a little more to civilian life as I presently have a black one(which I love) lol. There you go! P.S. Been using the pack for 1 year now.

Excellent pack!

Simply put, this has been one of the best bags I've owned in recent years. My wife says I'm a "bag-aholic" and she may be right - I have 6-7 packs and various other bags lying around my closet but this one gets the most use. It's been a daily carry for the last 6 months and I've put it through the wringer. Rain, sweat, occasional mud haven't stopped it. I got the Greyman version so I wouldn't get weird looks at the office and so far it has stayed true to that. No one pays any attention to it and it's easy to conceal carry with it. plenty of room for workout clothes, laptop & accessories, plus my lunch.

Best bag in my collection!

This is my 6th Hazard 4 bag Iâ€ve purchased and by far the one I should have started with. I mainly use it for weekend trips and have taken it with me to Chicago recently for an overnight stay. It holds about 2 days worth of clothes with out the “bulgy” look of having an over stuffed bag and I didnâ€t even have to use any additional MOLLE pouches/bags to fit everything I needed. I have a trip scheduled to take a flight out west and this will be coming with me most definitely. Both storage areas are large enough for a decent laptop and a days worth of clothes or, an extra set of clothes minus the laptop. The price tag is steep, however, the craftsmanship and attention to detail in this bag make it well worth it especially if youâ€ll be putting it to use consistently.
