Released through TACO Tuesday directly from the Hazard 4® OEM Collaboration Archive, the Docking Pack is a rare early-development prototype that reflects Hazard 4's exploration of scalable load-carrying systems. This unique sample combines a compact pack body with an expandable architecture designed to accommodate changing gear requirements through a combination of integrated storage, external carry options, and adaptable organization features.
The pack centers around a vertically oriented main compartment suitable for everyday essentials, outdoor equipment, travel gear, or specialized loadouts. A front utility compartment provides quick access to frequently used items, while internal organization pockets help keep smaller equipment separated and easily accessible.
One of the most distinctive features is the integrated deployable mesh cargo panel. When stowed, it remains neatly tucked away within the pack. When deployed, it creates a large external carry area capable of securing bulky items that would otherwise occupy valuable internal storage space. This design offers added flexibility for transporting jackets, lightweight equipment, field gear, or other oversized items.
Multiple compression straps allow loads to be secured and stabilized while also providing additional attachment options for externally carried gear. Combined with extensive exterior webbing, the Docking Pack can be configured for a wide variety of applications and carrying styles. Padded shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap, and a waist belt help distribute weight comfortably during extended use.
