Unique 2-piece thermo-molded foam panels contour to the 3D roof shape creating internal storage volume. This provides the thickest thermal insulation and acoustic dampening for wind noise and the hollow Jeep echo. It also features our patented Hard-MOLLE® channels for mounting accessories and patches. Instruction/Care

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove your truck’s roof panels, placing on a clean, soft surface.

2. Thoroughly clean the surface of oil, dust, etc. Test cleaning agents, verifying no adverse effects on truck panels - citrus cleaners are not recommended. Isopropyl alcohol is usually sufficient. Verify panel is 100% dry before adhesion!

Important for Full-Strength Adhesion: 3M™VHB™ Adhesive requires installation in indoor spaces free of dust, and at 59°F-79°F/15°C-26°C with relative humidity 40%-60% (lower humidity makes better bond.) Adhesive applied <10°C/50°F may not bond properly. If applied in lower temperatures, warm the substrate and adhesive.

3. Do not peel apart the hook side and loop side strips for perfect alignment. Unzip one panel so you can feel the inner contours. Now peel the release films from both adhesive strips and place the headliner with the zipper hinge all the way towards the windshield/straight side of the truck panel. Verify the headliner is perfectly in line with the panel contours before you stick it down in one motion. Press firmly back and forth for at least 2 minutes across panel channels to establish adhesion and remove any air spaces. Zip the headliner back up. Repeat for any other panels.

4. Cure before use! Don’t load or pull for 24-30 hours to achieve full bonding strength. Minimize peeling the headliner off the truck ceiling hook and loop strip - frequent peeling will reduce the adhesive performance.

Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 85°C/-40°F-185°F

5. CRITICAL! Loop each of the 4 corner cord loops around all 4 truck panel locks to ensure a hard stop for the headliner independent of the hook and loop adhesive strips as the panel resides overhead in an operating vehicle. Also, avoid mounting hard/heavy objects to the modular strips as they could cause injury in a collision, roll-over, or aggressive driving.

Very nice add on to the freedom panels . Gives the interior a distinctive utilitarian look.

Jeep Headliners

I absolutely love the newest version of the Jeep Headliners. I have mud tires on my Jeep Rubicon that produce a lot of road noise. These headliners help dampen all the road sound. They were easy to add & stick well. I also like the added storage. Very well made. Excellent quality.

Ceiling pockets with molly surface is a great design with actual functionality. Love it!
I believe the functionality may be increased further with the opening direction. With current design, the pockets opens towards front. and it swings through your head or body. You are mostly putting an effort to avoid collision there! We all know Jeep front seats can go backwards only so much, which kind of restrict your space when these Hazard 4 pockets opens towards the front. I would suggest Hazard consider the opening direction as towards the sides (towards windows) to increase efficiency. other than that, I love it!!!

Great looking addition for a Jeep.

Easy installation, and the Hazard 4 molded headliners give a more rugged look to match the interior of the jeep.
I removed the Jeep top panels and brought them inside the house, with the vehicle sitting in the garage, mid Winter.
Warmed the panels up a bit with a hair dryer and installed the Hazard 4 product.

Perfect fit and excellent quality

Product showed up on time and packed very well. I got it installed and realized the difference it made right away. This has also helped me stay more organized. Wish they had one for the back of my 2021 jeep gladiator. If and when they do sell one you can bet I will be back to purchase.

Fantastic Product

I love this product. Hazard 4 makes quality items and this is no different. Installation was simple and the look amazing. The only downfall I find is the one set of straps that are to secure it in place to the main latch of the freedom panels. It doesn’t quite fit as in it’s not long enough to make it through the latch. Other than that I really like the look and it doesn’t quite fit help with sound deadening and a bit of insulation from temperatures and noise. Fantastic product!

Better than expected

These molded headliners in my jeep gladiator are great. The zipper for storage is brilliant and the quality and feel of these are amazing. Really makes a difference keeping the NorCal heat at bay in the cabin and my music sounds better too. This is a really great product at a price point that makes it a no brainer. Desert standards ?

I have to say that these are great additions to my jeep wrangler. I just experienced a problem when both molded storage headliners had fell down. They were both empty. It was 92°F at the end of the day going home from work. Before the install I took care of both panels of the roof by bringing into my house to clean then prepping for the velcro stickers. It brings up a question, would these work in a desert environment? I'm gonna try 3M tape next. Do you guys have any recommendations? Thoughts ?

Great product, watch out for customs

Product is great quality. Very well made. If your Canadian watch out for customs. Has to pay an extra $82. Bought it on sale for $180us and pretty much was a wash. Now it’s even cheaper. Another almost $35 off. Which I waited the extra two weeks. Would’ve almost covered customs. 😕

Saw the product a year ago on you tube and couldn’t find them yet. Glad I found them available and purchased them. Provide insulation from the heat and give nice storage options. Very happy with them!

Only Okay… Good Idea, but.

Pulled down my Hot Head Headliners to put these up. Significantly less sound, and temperature insulation with these when compared to the Hot Head Liners. But was willing to accept the increased sound, and temperatures, in exchange for the added storage. Unfortunately there isn’t a good way to access the zippers. They are difficult to work given how closely they are to the freedom panel edges, and they significantly bulkier so they eliminate much needed headroom, (I’m 6’1”). I opted to remove them, and install replacement Hot Head Liners. I’m planning to gift these to one of my (shorter) Jeep buddies who don’t already have headliners in.
